This 1916 U.S. Nickel (NGC AU50) with a Double Obverse (date) minting error, received 41 bids before it sold on eBay for $23,850 on September 4, 2011. (eBay item# 290604192520 - link opens new window (on eBay) and expires 90 days after auctions end.)
